i. payment and refunds

01. payment is accepted in USD through paypal or kofi.02. payment must be made upfront 48 hours after confirmation of a transaction, otherwise the agreement will be void.03. payment plans are available for transactions that cost $100 or more with 50% paid upfront.04. refunds for commissions may be requested in the sketch phase. a full refund will not be issued after this.05. refunds are not available for pre-made adopts.

ii. general t.o.s.

06. all of my commissions at this time are experimental. similarities are not guaranteed.07. do not use my art for ai training or non-fungible tokens (nfts).08. do not use my designs for racism, homophobia, pedophilia, or anything similar with intent to cause harm to another human being.09. i will not work with only written description, i need some sort of visual, whether it be a moodboard, reference pics, etc.10. edits may be made by the commissioner to the art/adopt as long as art made by me remains credited to blimq (via carrd link).11. my art may be uploaded to social media with credit (via carrd link)

iii. design t.o.s.

12. commercial use is a 50% added fee.13. you may do anything with the character under personal use (07 and 08 still apply).

iv. commission t.o.s.

14. turnaround time can range from a few days to 3 months.15. edits may be requested at any phase during the commission's creation, but will increase time of completion.16. i do not take commissions that are rush-style or with a close deadline.
