✦ please note all of my commissions at this time are experimental. similarities are not guaranteed.✦ payment is accepted in USD through paypal (invoice) or kofi.✦ payment must be made before the start of a commission or sending a transfer of an adopt. there is a 48 hour period before the transaction is determined to be cancelled.✦ payment plans are only available for transactions that cost $100 or more. in this case, 50% must be paid upfront.✦ commissions are not first come first served (fcfs), i take commissions if i believe i can deliver something i and the client will be satisfied with.✦ i will not work with only written description, i need some sort of visual, whether it be a moodboard, reference pics, etc.✦ edits may be made by the commissioner to the commission of art or to the adopt as long as art credit remains as blimq.✦ refunds may be requested at the sketch phase. they will not be available after this point.✦ art may not be re-uploaded to social media.

design t.o.s.

all owners of designs made by blimq must agree to these terms, and if the design is traded without the knowledge of this t.o.s.'s terms, they still apply.

✦ i must be credited for the original design. you may change the character however you desire, but credit owed applies for future redesigns as well.✦ do not use my art for training ai, hateful material, racism, homophobia, pedophilia, etc. i do not tolerate this to be associated with my work.✦ do not resell for an exaggerated price. artwork adds value, the new price must remain fair.✦ commercial use is a 50% added fee.✦ other than what is listed above, you may do anything you want to the character under personal use.

✦ turnaround time can range from a week to 3 months.✦ edits may be requested at any phase during the commission's creation, but will increase time of completion.✦ i do not take commissions with deadlines.
